Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act

Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG assumes responsibility for respecting and strengthening internationally recognised human rights within its own business areas and through appropriate management of its supply chains. For this reason, Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG will implement and comply with all requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG) for the fulfilment of human rights and environmental due diligence obligations from 01.01.2024 onwards.
