Occupational health and safety

Occupational health and safety is fundamentally important at Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG. Every employee should be able to leave their workplace unharmed at the end of the day and return home safely.

The aims of Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG are to

• achieve 0 reportable accidents, and

• prevent occupational diseases.

Since 2017, Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG has also been awarded the BG RCI's ‘Sicher mit System’ (Systematic Safety) seal of approval, which meets the requirements of DIN ISO 45001:2018.
